Rainbow Layered Cake (9"square pan)

Ingredients:
750g Butter
100g Castor Sugar
650g Condense Milk
700g/doz Eggs
350g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

Colouring and flavouring suit to your own need

Method:
1. Heat the oven with top grill 180c.
2. Beat butter and castor sugar until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time.
3. Add in condense milk, mixed well.
4. Sieve flour and baking powder, until creamy sticky texture. If the texture is too runny, add a bit more plain flour until the texture look good.
5. Separate the ingredients equally into 5 different bowls.
6. 1st bowl remain the original colour, 2nd bowl add in 2 drips blue colouring, 3rd bowl add in 2 drips red colouring, 4th bowl add in 2 drips yellow colouring, the 5th bowl add in 2 drips green colouring. All the colour texture depends on your own liking.
7. Brush the square pan with butter, start the first layer with 3 heaps table spoon full, spread evenly to the pan, put into the oven for about 3-4 minutes. Check on the colour change, when the side turns light brown it is time to take out.
8. Always check with a fork poke into the cake to test the texture. It should come out smooth without any paste on the fork.
9. Brush the top layer with butter for the 2nd layer, follow the colour accrodingly.
10. Proceed the same method until the mixture used up.
11. Last layer, turn down the oven to 150c, bake approximately for 10-15minutes.
12 Remove the cake from the pan when it cool down completely.

Note: this method is using with electric oven.

The Royal Melbourne Show

The Royal Melbourne Show started over hundred years ago. It is promoting the Victoria agriculture produce. Please check on their web site to get more information.

Open for 10 days only is too short. I would say, Melbourne should have this kind of big event all around the year. Infact, the one day pass ticket is not enough. The show covered such a big area and so many things to see, shop and play... we need at least 2 days. Why we still need to pay for the bounce back ticket? Why can't they provide two days pass ticket instead?

This is such a great event for the whole family with no age boundaries. Als love the kid zone, play section, show bags. Mick loves the engines, caravans, animals and pet sections. For me, I can't shop enough in the Grand Pavillion...omg...

We all love this Nursery zone. This baby lambs were just born.

The new born baby Kelpies are so adorable.

Patting animal area.

Kids heaven...

We were lucky to have the Dog Show event on the 26th September only.

eee... this dog hair is heavily done by the hair straighterner.

This is really huge teddy bear size.

The Dog show competition was too crowded. We only took a glance and by pass.

Whiskes cats and accessories.

This Channel 7 Sky View Wheels is big enough. We don't need the so called Sountern Star (dismentled).

Nice view at the top of the wheels, you could see racecourse, Melbourne CBD...

I wonder is this men eating the pie everyday in his entire life *wink wink*. This is cater by The CBD bakery. Selling fresh baked pies and vanilla slices....mmm...I should have buy more home!

lollie, lollies more lolliesssssss.....

cutessssss tiny cup cake, only $1 each....yummmm

Creative Crafts and Art Zone. The award wining cakes on display.

Is this the real doll or cake? I won't eat it...

Award wining of crochet art piece.

How many kind of wool are there in Victoria?

Calf & Cattle Zone

Cow Show Competition

Let see how far he can go...

Up to this point, we only visit half of the show only. Counldn't have more time for others due to the weather changed.
We defnitely want to go again...Next Year!
Besides the Royal Melbourne Show, Tulip Festival also in the month of September. It is a good idea to visit Melbourne at this month.

His name is Charlie

This is to show you why I am so busy lately, Als had one puppy his name is Charlie. This puppy really drives me crazy. The first thing is dropping hair..omg!

These two boys just woke up for Breakfast. Charlie still so sleepy.

This teddy bear sofa been with Als since he was 3, now it seems to be Charlie's. Charlie chooses this seat all the time. He will bark at you if you grab from him.

He was wearing his first jumper made by his mummy. After all sort of housework complaints from me, everything melt down once you look at his innocent eyes. He is just simply adorable.

Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia

Last summer holiday was fantastic, we spent two days one night at Sunway Lagoon Piramid Resort. The service was excellence. We went to Sunway Lagoon of course. We thought that Als could try most of the rides since he was wearing the Superman suit but he was more interested in the water theme park.

Als wearing his superman suit came to this Malaysian Sunway Lagoon.

Hahah! sitting wrong spot for the big water splash!

Als favourite spot. Kids water play ground.

First trial not bad.

Medium fall a lil screaming..hehey
